These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dilipoint Business Growth Center website, subscription form, Google sign-in option, and related communications. By joining or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Business Growth Center provides business insights, educational content, updates, and promotional information for professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to use only a Google account or contact details that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and email account secure.

3. Communications and consent

By subscribing, you agree to receive Business Growth Center emails and necessary service communications. We may send SMS messages to the phone number supplied during registration. We will send WhatsApp marketing updates only when you select that option. Message or data charges from your network provider may apply.

You can stop marketing emails through our unsubscribe page or by using an unsubscribe link included in an email. You can ask us to stop SMS or WhatsApp messages by replying with a clear opt-out request or contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its data, or another user's account.
• Interfere with the website or introduce malware, automated abuse, or harmful code.
• Copy or redistribute our content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Provide another person's information without their permission.

5. Content and intellectual property

The service and its original branding, design, text, graphics, and other content belong to Dilipoint or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to access the content for lawful business learning and informational purposes.

Our content is general educational information, not legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Business decisions involve risk. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on information provided through the service.

The service relies on third parties such as Google sign-in and communications providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites that we do not control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide the service on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dilipoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction in Tanzania, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
